It has always been our dream to expand FAB Bakery. The opportunity came up to lease a unit on Ashburton Road in Gosforth. With company like Charlotte's Butchery and Greenwell's, we couldn't miss the chance. We took the lease!

We are now open the following hours:

Wednesday: 930am- 4pm

Thursday: 930am- 4pm

Friday: 930am- 5pm

Saturday: 930am- 3pm

We sell a wide selection of freshly baked sourdough, focaccia, and rolls. Baguettes, Fougasse and Pugliese are available according to our production schedule. Please ask your server for details.

Croissants, pain au chocolat and pain au raisin are available daily, as well as takeaway hot drinks and sandwiches. Patisserie specials are on Fridays and Saturdays.
